Ansons Sports MFG produces from 30 pieces per style for cut-and-sew apparel, and 30 pieces per style for print-and-embroidery-only blanks. Sizes and colourways can be mixed freely inside that minimum.

How long does private label clothing production take?

Accepted Answer

A development sample takes 7 to 10 days. Bulk production runs 2 weeks maximum after sample approval, plus 4 to 6 days air freight or 25 to 35 days sea freight to Europe and the United States.

Does Ansons Sports offer private label and white label manufacturing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ansons manufactures under your own brand with custom woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags, poly bags and branded boxes. No Ansons branding appears on the finished garment or packaging.

Ansons ships to more than 30 countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia and the UAE, on DDP terms so duties and taxes are settled before delivery.

Can you match a specific Pantone colour or an existing garment?

Yes. Send Pantone TCX or TPG codes, a fabric swatch or a reference garment. Ansons lab-dips the fabric and sends a physical swatch or photo for approval before bulk dyeing.

What fabrics can Ansons Sports source and produce?

Accepted Answer

Common options include 280-500 GSM French terry and fleece, 180-240 GSM single jersey cotton, organic and BCI cotton, cotton-polyester blends, polyester interlock and mesh, recycled polyester, elastane blends, ribbed knit, denim from 8 to 14 ounces, and nylon shell fabrics.

Indicative FOB pricing for a 400 GSM French terry hoodie is an estimated 15 to 21 US dollars per piece at 50 to 200 units, and 12 to 17 US dollars per piece above 500 units, depending on fabric weight, trims and decoration. Exact pricing is quoted per tech pack.
